How to send a little love
Campaign cut-off: Monday 14 December 2026. Please post your cards or take them to a drop box by then, so there’s time for posting, sorting and delivery before Christmas. Some drop boxes may close earlier, so please check your local details.
Write from the heart
Be positive, authentic and heartfelt. Make someone smile.
Leave it unsealed
So the people delivering your card can check it if needed.

Everything you need to get started
01
Find a box and decorate it with love
Download and print the A4 poster above, attach it to the front and place your box in an easy to access school, shop, workplace, library or community space. Get the venue's permission first. No private residential addresses, please, for everyone's safety.

Register your location
Use the button above to complete the form and add a photo of your box. We’ll share approved locations on the website and Sending Love Facebook page.

Look after it
Nominate someone to manage the box and collect the cards. Set your closing date no later than Monday 14 December 2026, or earlier if you need time to gather and post them by then. Write your closing date on the poster.

Get the cards delivered
You can arrange local delivery with a rest home or another organisation that agrees to receive cards, post smaller bundles to our PO Box, or email us first to arrange bulk courier for distribution. Please organise and cover the courier cost.
